These includes mobile phones, tablets, laptops and smaller desktops as well as widescreen desktop monitors.

This means that the mobile user can view the entire page before zooming in. This is good only if you have organized the layout of your website such that the user can find information easily. They can, therefore, zoom in on the area where the information they want is centered.
