Today, we have officially closed the TMT bar manufacturing brand design work. Its really little bit sad moment for us to close the project before time, but we have to take a hard decisions, otherwise we will have to suffer a lot to doing their work.

After a long experience in branding agency, we have found that companies invest lots of money in logos design, brand design, advertising & marketing materials, packaging, and so on and then surprise why they are not getting the good results they expected or they might assume that they cannot get better outputs. We always ask simple question, had they invested in brand analysis or research along the way, their stories could have been quite different.

Let me explain real story – at our Ahmedabad office, we have a meeting with the client to discuss the brand design activity, during meeting we felt that the client had already working with other brand design agency and they are not satisfied with them. We have explained the brand design process along with brand analysis and strategy development but they couldn’t understand our process because they overwhelming that brand design mean good images and graphics design.

After few days they have called and they said can you does our new company brand design?

Yes and we have requested 15 days time for brand analysis and then start the project.

We have completedbrand researchand submitted the brand analysis report to them. You guess what happen, they arent interested to see the report and said we need to work upon the brand design. So, we have followed the client instructions andsubmitted the concept design accordingly our analysis and they liked it.

After few days, client has started demanding and said that we dont need a visualization / conceptual work; we need to add better images which appeals to our business. We have tried our best to explain them for brand design process but they doesn’t understand, so that we have again followed them and created branding, advertising & marketing materials, packaging and so on.

As of now, everything looks good but they dont satisfy with it; because competitor has worked accordingly their brand research and started to create a real brand identity in the market. Now our client said I want to learn branding from you.
